To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item to hello@subterrastudio.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items must be in the same condition as when you first received it: unworn, unused, and unread in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
